Andreas Katsulas (born May 18, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American actor best known for his roles as the one-armed villain Sykes in the film The Fugitive (1993), and as G'Kar in the science fiction television series Babylon 5. From either 1971 to 1986, he toured with Peter Brook's international theatre company. He has too appeared around episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and NYPD Blue. He has a Master's degree in Theatre from Indiana University. Katsulwhen appeared as a Romulan Commander Tomalak in Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes "The Enemy," "The Defector," "Future Imperfect", & "All Good Things..." He besides portrayed the Vissian captain on the episode "Cogenitor" in the 2nd year of Star Trek: Enterprise.
